The Mechanism of Alternative Splicing and Its Research Progress in Pig Genetic Breeding
摘要
Abstract
Alternative splicing,as a critical post-transcriptional regulatory mechanism,significantly enhances proteome diversity.It plays a pivotal role in regulating gene expression and ensures complex regulatory networks and robust environmental adaptability in organisms.However,research on alternative splicing in pigs remains limited,with many unknown mechanisms and key issues yet to be explored in this field.This paper aims to review the current regulatory mechanisms of alternative splicing and delve into its role in important traits of pigs,as well as its impact on breeding.By uncovering the potential applications of alternative splicing,this study seeks to provide theoretical insights into the regulatory mechanisms of gene expression in pigs and establish a solid theoretical foundation for genetic breeding in porcine species.关键词
