Research on The Function and Application of Plant-Derived Active Peptides in Animal Production
摘要
Abstract
Plant active peptides are small peptide fragments produced by plant protein after fermentation or enzymatic hydrolysis.With the progress of extraction and purification technology,the raw material range and production efficiency of plant derived active peptides have been further enriched,so that they show high potential application value in feed industry.In addition,plant active peptides have the bioactive functions of antibacterial,anti-inflammatory,improving the body's immunity and enhancing the body's antioxidant capacity,which can effectively prevent and alleviate the disease problems faced in animal husbandry,and can also provide ideal amino acids for animals.In this paper,the preparation,function and application of plant active peptides in animals were reviewed,so as to provide reference for further development of plant active peptides in livestock production.关键词
