摘要
Abstract
Chalcone compounds are an important class of flavonoids,primarily found in natural plants such as licorice and safflower,and their basic skeleton is 1,3-diphenyl-2-propen-1-one.The unique structure of chalcone compounds confers a wide range of biological activities,including:attenuating the inflammatory response by regulating the NF-κB and iNOS pathways;inhibiting bacterial cell wall formation;enhancing osteoclast activity to promote bone growth;increasing SOD activity to reduce oxidative stress.However,research on chalcones in animal production remains in its early stages.This paper reviews the physiological functions,chemical synthesis of chalcones,and their potential applications in livestock and poultry production,aiming to provide a theoretical basis for further development and utilization of chalcone compounds in animal production.关键词
