啤酒糟的营养价值及其在单胃动物生产中的应用研究进展
Research Progress on Nutritional Value and Application of Brewer's Spent Grains in Monogastric Animals Production
摘要
Abstract
Brewer's spent grain is a kind of potential high-quality unconventional feed raw material,which is rich in nutrients such as protein,carbohydrate and fat,as well as a variety of functional components.However,the higher content of non-starch polysaccharides in brewer's spent grain can not be decomposed by monogastric animals,at the same time,it can also inhibit the digestion and absorption of other nutrients,which seriously limits the feed utilization of brewer's spent grain.It was found that the enzymatic hydrolysis of brewer's spent grain with non-starch polysaccharides or the fermentation of brewer's spent grain with high-yield non-starch polysaccharides could degrade the non-starch polysaccharides,effectively weaken its anti-nutritional effect and improve the nutritional value of brewer's Spent grains.The application of enzymatic hydrolysis or fermented brewer's spent grain to monogastric animal can reduce production costs,save conventional feed resources,and alleviate the pressure of feed resource shortage in China.Therefore,the nutritional value,degradation of non-starch polysaccharides and application of brewer's spent grain in monogastric animals production were reviewed in this paper,in order to provide reference for the feed utilization of brewer's spent grain.关键词
