摘要

Abstract

Yeast culture(YC)is a natural feed additive composed of yeast and its metabolites.It is rich in nutrients such as protein,enzymes,vitamins,etc.and bioactive components such as β-glucan,mannan oligosaccharide,etc..It has multiple functions such as improving intestinal health,enhancing immunity and promoting growth in livestock and poultry production.The characteristics of high safety and no residue of YC are in line with the concept of green breeding and have been widely used in livestock and poultry feed.In mutton sheep production,the addition of YC to diet can improve production performance,optimize rumen fermentation function,enhance antioxidant function and immune function.This paper reviewed the research progress on the application of yeast culture(YC)in mutton sheep production in recent years,focusing on its mechanism of action on production performance,rumen microecology and body health,in order to provide theoretical basis for the scientific utilization and follow-up research of YC.
