摘要
Abstract
Fermented feed has the advantages of improving feed quality,reducing feeding costs,expanding feed resources,etc.It is widely used in livestock and poultry production,and has been proven to improve animal production performance and immunity,and regulate the balance of gastrointestinal flora,with high feeding value,but it is rarely used in ruminant production.In this paper,the basic concept of fermented feed,fermentation strains,biological functions and the application of fermented feed in ruminants were reviewed.At the same time,the application prospect and existing problems of fermented feed were analyzed,aiming to provide reference for the development and application of fermented feed in ruminant production in the future.关键词
