饲料中霉菌毒素降解方法研究进展
Research Progress on Degradation Methods of Mycotoxin in Feed
摘要
Abstract
Mycotoxins are secondary metabolites produced mainly by fungi belonging to the genera Aspergillus,Fusarium and Penicillium,including aflatoxins,ochratoxins,trichothecenes,fumonisins and zearalenone.After animals eat the feed contaminated with mycotoxins,these toxins and their metabolites will enter the animal body,resulting in different degrees of clinical symptoms,which seriously threatens the health of the animal.In addition,mycotoxins also indirectly contaminate milk,meat and eggs through the food chain,posing a potential threat to human health.Therefore,it's particularly important to explore new methods for the efficient degradation of mycotoxins.This paper reviews new methods for mycotoxin detoxification,aiming to provide a solution to the problem of mycotoxin contamination amd thus protect the health of animals.关键词
