烟草亚微米微胶囊的制备及在加热卷烟中应用研究
Preparation of tobacco flavor submicron microcapsules and their application in heated cigarettes

Abstract
To study the application effect of microencapsulated tobacco flavor in heated cigarettes,the complex coacervation method was used to prepare tobacco flavor submicron microcapsules.The preparation process was optimized,the physical and chemical properties were characterized,and the sensory effects of the submicron microcapsules in heated cigarettes,as well as the puff-by-puff release behavior in aerosol were studied.The results showed that(1)The optimum conditions for the preparation of tobacco submicron microcapsules by complex coacervation method were 0.18%chitosan,0.40%core material,and 0.30%emulsifier dosage.Under this condition,the average particle size was 219.40 nm,and the encapsulation rate was 71.80%.(2)By analyzing the characteristic peak and peak intensity of the infrared spectrum,it was evident that the tobacco flavor was successfully entrapped.By analyzing the thermogravimetric curve,it showed that tobacco flavor submicron microcapsules had good thermal stability.(3)The sensory quality of heated cigarettes by adding tobacco flavor submicron microcapsules was significantly improved compared with the control.When the addition amount was 10 mg/cigarette,the sensory evaluation effect was the best,which could reduce the irritation,soften the smoke,improve the flavor quality,increase the aroma amount,and reduce the puff-by-puff difference of sensory aroma.(4)The total content of aroma components in the aerosol of heated cigarettes with submicron microcapsules increased by 48.68%,and the number increased by 6 kinds,mainly including L-menthol,furfuryl alcohol,solanone,among others.关键词
