Abstract
The quality and safety of raw milk are intricately linked to human nutrition and health.In this study,we investigated the robustness of raw milk quality control by monitoring the levels of fat,protein,acidity,and somatic cell count on a farm over an 18-month period.Our findings demonstrate that during the entire monitoring period,the indicators such as fat,protein,acidity,non fat milk solids,and fat egg ratio of 803 batches of raw milk met the national standard requirements.Principal component analysis was conducted on all indicators of 803 batches of raw milk,and no outliers were found,indicating that the ranch has good quality control over raw milk.However,there are still some shortcomings in controlling indicators such as total bacterial count.This study primarily focuses on optimizing the quality control process during raw milk production while providing valuable insights for upholding high-quality standards in sustainable development within the dairy industry.关键词
