Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of Zhixiong Capsules combined with butylphthalide in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction.Methods Eighty patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted to Fuxin Mine General Hospital of Liaoning Health Industry Group from January 2021 to December 2023 were selected and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with butylphthalide,while the observation group was treated with Zhixiong Capsules combined with butylphthalide.The therapeutic effects and adverse reactions of the two groups of patients were compared,the levels of mean blood flow velocity(Vm),pulsation index(PI),peak systolic velocity(PSV),resistance index(RI),hemorheological indicators,serum growth differentiation factor 15(GDF-15),homocysteine(Hcy),pentagmoprotein 3(PTX3),and CXC chemokine 16(CXCL-16)were detected.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P＜0.05).After the treatment,the cerebral circulation dynamics indicators in both groups improved(P＜0.05),and the Vm and PSV in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05),while the PI and RI were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).After the treatment,the hematocrit,erythrocyte sedimentation rate,mean platelet volume and whole blood viscosity in both groups decreased(P＜0.05),and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the levels of serum GDF-15,Hcy,PTX3 and CXCL-16 in both groups decreased(P＜0.05),and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion Zhixiong Capsules combined with butylphthalide can significantly improve the therapeutic effect of acute cerebral infarction and cerebral hemodynamics.The mechanism may be related to the down-regulation of GDF-15,Hcy,PTX3 and CXCL-16 levels,and it has a relatively high safety.关键词
