高寒地区某三甲医院上呼吸道感染处方用药构成分析
Analysis of Medication Composition of Prescriptions on Upper Respiratory Tract Infection of Top Three Hospital of Severe Cold Area

Abstract
Objective A retrospective investigation was conducted on the prescription use of drugs in patients with upper respiratory tract infection in a third-class hospital in an alpine area,the characteristics of drug use and its rationality were analyzed in order to provide reference for clinical rational drug use.Methods A total of 484 electronic prescriptions with a single diagnosis of upper respiratory tract infection in the outpatient department of Hongqi Hospital Affiliated to Mudanjiang Medical University from January to December 2022 were collected.The Excel software was applied to establish the prescription analysis and evaluation table,and the number of drug varieties,types of drugs,drug costs and rational drug use were counted.Results Among the 484 prescriptions,the number of drug varieties was mainly 1 to 2(93.18%).The utilization rate of Chinese patent medicines(94.21%)was the highest,followed by antibacterial drugs(13.22%)and antipyretic and analgesic drugs(9.30%).The proportion of the amount of Chinese patent medicines(66.69%)is also the highest.The irrationality rate of all prescriptions was 21.28%.The main reasons for irrationality were inappropriate single dosage,inappropriate course of medication,inappropriate indications,and inappropriate combination medication.Conclusion In the prescriptions for upper respiratory tract infections in the outpatient department of a tertiary hospital in a high-altitude and cold area,the usage rate of Chinese patent medicines is the highest.Overall,the number of drug varieties and the usage rate of antibacterial drugs are relatively reasonable.However,there is still room for further improvement in the standardization of prescriptions and the rationality of drug use.关键词
