Abstract
Dingkun Pill is a representative traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of gynecological diseases.It has a complex formula with multiple effective components.It can regulate estrogen and progesterone levels,improve uterine blood flow,regulate glucose and lipid metabolism,and improve insulin resistance,among other mechanisms,to play a therapeutic role in various gynecological conditions such as dysmenorrhea,polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS),endometriosis,and perimenopausal syndrome.It is often combined with western medicine or other therapies in the clinic,showing a significant synergistic effect.The research on the mechanism of action of Dingkun Pill mainly focuses on its clinical application,but due to its numerous components,its specific actions have not been fully elucidated and await further exploration in the future,which can provide new references for clinical medication.关键词
