Abstract
Objective To explore the influence of life intervention based on risk management theory on the blood glucose control effect and quality of life of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Methods Eighty patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)admitted to Panjin Central Hospital from February 2022 to July 2024 were selected and randomly divided into the conventional group and the experimental group by lottery, with 40 cases in each group. The conventional group was given conventional nursing intervention, while the experimental group was given life intervention based on risk management theory on the basis of the conventional group. The self-management ability, blood glucose control effect and quality of life of the two groups of patients before and after the intervention were compared. Results After the intervention, the scores of health knowledge level,self-responsibility,self-concept and self-care skills in the experimental group were higher than those in the conventional group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention, the levels of glycated hemoglobin,2-hour postprandial blood glucose and fasting blood glucose in both groups were lower than those before the intervention, and the levels in the experimental group were lower than those in the conventional group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).After the intervention, the social relationship, therapeutic effect, psychological and physiological scores of the two groups decreased compared with those before the intervention, and the scores of the experimental group were lower than those of the conventional group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Life intervention based on risk management theory for patients with T2DM can further enhance their self-management ability, control blood glucose levels, and improve the quality of life.关键词
