Improvement of swash-plate drum automatic cleaning device on YJ212 assembler
摘要
Abstract
To solve the problems of high cigarette wrinkle rate and difficulty in cleaning the swash-plate drum on YJ212 assembler,the cleaning device for the swash-plate drum was improved by controlling the pneumatic motor rotation with a solenoid valve,driving brushes to perform real-time cleaning on the swash-plate drum.An intermittent blowing device was added to achieve automatic cleaning of both the swash-plate drum and the brush surfaces.The device's original PLC and spare input/output points were used to complete the fully automatic control of the cleaning device.The automatic cleaning device was tested using"Taishan(Red General)"brand cigarettes from the Jinan Cigarette Factory.After improving the automatic cleaning device for the swash-plate drum,the cigarette wrinkling rate was reduced by 69.2％,and the cleaning time for the swash-plate drum per shift was reduced by 87.3％,effectively reducing the cigarette wrinkling rate and improving the equipment's effective operating rate.关键词
