Abstract
Objective To study the clinical efficacy and safety of minocycline combined with intense pulsed light(IPL)in rosaceae patients.Methods A total of 80 patients with rosacea treated in hospital from September 2020 to December 2024 were studied.They were divided into combined treatment group(40 cases)and single treatment group(40 cases)according to the difference in the time of admission.The single treatment group was treated with minocycline,and the combined treatment group was treated with IPL.Both groups were treated for 3 months.The curative effect,time of skin lesion symptom resolution,skin barrier function,inflammatory factor level and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total response rate of the combined treatment group was higher than that of the single treatment group(97.50%vs 82.50%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The regression time of erythema,pustules,papules and telangiectasia in combined treatment group was shorter than that in single treatment group,the difference was statistically significant(all P<0.05).In terms of skin barrier function,both groups improved after 3 months of treatment compared with admission,and the improvement of the combined treatment group was better than that of the single treatment group,the difference was statistically significant(all P<0.05).The levels of various inflammatory factors in the two groups were lower after 3 months of treatment than at admission,and the combined treatment group was lower than the single treatment group,the difference was statistically significant(all P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Minocycline combined with IPL has good clinical efficacy in rosacea patients,and can improve skin lesion symptoms,skin barrier function and inflammatory factors.关键词
