Abstract
Objective To explore and analyze the effect of micro porous dot matrix laser combined with 30%supramolecular salicylic acid in the treatment of moderate to severe facial acne.Methods A total of 80 patients with moderate to severe facial acne admitted to Zhengzhou Guancheng Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from November 2022 to October 2024 were selected and divided into a control group and an observation group according to different treatment methods,with 40 patients in each group.The control group was treated with 30%supramolecular salicylic acid;The observation group used a combination of microporous lattice laser and 30%supramolecular salicylic acid to compare and analyze the efficacy,VISIA score,and changes in skin barrier function between the two groups.Results After treatment,the observation group had a higher therapeutic effect than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the observation group had higher scores for erythema,pores,and purple matter than the control group(P<0.05).The loss of oil and epidermal moisture in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the skin moisture content was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The use of microporous dot matrix laser combined with 30%supramolecular salicylic acid in the treatment of moderate to severe facial acne can improve the efficacy,promote the improvement of patients'skin condition and skin barrier function.关键词
