微等离子束治疗痤疮凹陷性瘢痕的临床疗效
Clinical efficacy of micro-plasma in the treatment of acne depressed scar
摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety evaluation of micro-plasma in the treatment of acne scar.Methods From June 2021 to December 2024,32 patients with facial depressed acne scars were treated with plasma ion beam for 2-4 times.The skin status,clinical effect and adverse reactions of the patients were observed and recorded,and the satisfaction and pain scores were also evaluated.Results The satisfaction rate of curative effect was 84.38%.The average time of redness and swelling subsided was(1.5±0.5)d after operation,and the average time of eschar removal was(8.8±2.7)d after operation;The average postoperative pain index was 6.8 points,which was significantly relieved after ice compress.After operation,1 patient had skin abrasion like manifestations due to sensitive skin treatment;One patient developed persistent erythema after operation,which resolved in recent 2 months;No obvious adverse reactions were observed in other patients.Conclusions The micro-plasma scar therapeutic instrument for the treatment of facial acne concave scar has significant effect,with less pigmentation and postoperative erythema,and has high safety.关键词
