Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of the combination of triamcinolone acetonide and superpulse CO 2 fractional laser in the treatment of hypertrophic scars and its effect on the levels of TGF-β 1 and VEGF.Methods From May 2022 to June 2022,92 patients with hypertrophic scars admitted to our hospital were divided into two groups according to different treatment methods.The control group(46 cases)received treatment with injection of triamcinolone acetonide,while the observation group(46 cases)received treatment with ultra pulsed CO2 dot matrix laser in addition to the control group.The treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the two groups was compared,and the observation group was significantly higher,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05);Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the scores of the Vancouver Scar Scale(VSS)among the groups in each dimension(P>0.05).After treatment,compared with the control group,the observation group had lower scores in all dimensions of VSS,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05);Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the visual analog scale(VAS)and pain number scale(NRS)scores between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05).Compared with the control group,the observation group had lower VAS and NRS scores after treatment,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05);Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the levels of transforming growth factor-β 1-(TGF-β 1)and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)between the groups(P>0.05).Compared with the control group after treatment,the observation group had lower levels of TGF-β 1 and VEGF,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of injection of triamcinolone acetonide and superpulse CO2 laser at the scar site can effectively treat hypertrophic scars,improve scar status,alleviate itching and pain symptoms,and also inhibit TGF-β 1 and VEGF levels.It has high safety and is worthy of promotion and application.关键词
