Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of hydroquinone cream combined with Q-switched 1 064 nm Nd:YAG laser on the cosmetic effect of female melasma skin.Methods Forty patients with melasma admitted to the Dermatology Department of Shishi City Hospital in Fujian Province from October 2021 to September 2023 were selected.According to the treatment method,the patients were divided into a control group and an observation group.The control group was treated with hydroquinone cream,while the observation group was treated with Q-switched 1064nm Nd:YAG laser in addition to the control group.Compare the MASI score,skin cosmetic effect,skin barrier function,and clinical efficacy between two groups of patients before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the MASI score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group;The MI and EI of the observation group were lower than those of the control group;The water and sebum content in the stratum corneum of the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the transdermal water loss value was lower than that in the control group;The clinical efficacy of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The combination of hydroquinone cream and Q-switched 1 064 nm Nd:YAG laser can effectively reduce MASI score,improve skin beauty effect,enhance skin barrier in the treatment of female yellow brown spots.The efficacy is better than that of single hydroquinone cream treatment,and it has high clinical application value.关键词
