自体毛囊单位提取治疗女性继发性瘢痕性秃发的临床疗效观察
Observation of the efficacy of autologous follicular unit excision in treating secondary stable cicatricial alopecia in women

Abstract
Objective This study aimed to evaluate the clinical efficacy of autologous follicular unit Excision(FUE)in treating female patients with secondary stable cicatricial alopecia.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on 24 female patients who underwent FUE between January 2021 and September 2022.All patients were first-time hair transplant recipients.Treatment outcomes were assessed based on postoperative complications and patient satisfaction at the 12-month follow-up.Results Fifteen patients(62.5%)reported being very satisfied,five(20.83%)were moderately satisfied,and four(16.67%)expressed mild dissatisfaction.The primary reasons for dissatisfaction were low hair density and uneven distribution.None of the patients experienced complications such as skin necrosis,significant hematoma,scarring,or an unnatural appearance.Conclusions FUE is a minimally invasive technique with rapid recovery,significantly improving patients'appearance while demonstrating high satisfaction rates and low complication incidence.It is an effective treatment for female secondary stable cicatricial alopecia.关键词
