新医科背景下案例库建设在急诊住院医师规范化培训教学中的应用研究
Application of case base construction in the teaching of standardized residency training of emergency department under the background of new medical science

Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of case base construction in the teaching of standardized residency training of emergency department under the background of new medical science.Methods A total of 83 residents rotating in the emergency department residency training base of the Affiliated Hospital of Shandong Second Medical University from June 2022 to June 2024 were randomly divided into two groups,control group(n=42)adopting the traditional conventional teaching mode,and observation group(n=41)adopting the teaching mode of case base introduction.Both groups of residents completed the trainee satisfaction questionnaire at the end of the rotation in the emergency department,the mini-clinical evaluation exercise(Mini-CEX),direct observation of procedure skill(DOPS),and theory tests to evaluate the teaching effect.Results The scores of the observation group in Mini-CEX assessment,DOPS assessment,theory scores and satisfaction evaluation were higher than those of the control group using traditional teaching mode,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Case base teaching can significantly improve the clinical practice ability and theoretical knowledge mastery of emergency medicine rotation residents,and promote the deepening of clinical thinking,thus improving the efficiency and quality of training,as well as enhancing the satisfaction of residents.关键词
