Abstract
Objective To explore the application of botulinum toxin type A combined with low-energy bipolar radiofrequency technology in neck wrinkle removal.Methods A total of 120 patients who underwent neck wrinkle removal and were admitted to Xuchang Renhe Orthopedic and Traumatology Hospital from January 2023 to January 2025 were selected as the subjects.They were divided into the control group and the study group according to the treatment methods,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with botulinum toxin type A,while the study group was combined with low-energy bipolar radiofrequency technology on the basis of the control group.The VISIA detection conditions,Brandt classification,Global Aesthetic Improvement Scale(GAIS)scores and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the VISIA scores of the study group were all lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After the treatment,the Brandt classification and GAIS score of the study group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Botulinum toxin type A combined with low-energy bipolar radiofrequency technology has a better effect on neck wrinkle removal.It can improve the skin condition and texture of the neck,enhance the firmness of the skin,and has a relatively high safety in treatment.关键词
