Abstract
Objective To analyze the effect of type A botulinum toxin injection combined with eye bag plastic surgery on skin laxity in Yanzhou.Method 100 patients with ocular skin laxity treated in our hospital from May 2021 to February 2024 were selected as the research subjects.Randomly divided into two groups,with 50 cases in each group.The control group chose eye bag plastic surgery treatment,while the observation group chose a combination treatment of botulinum toxin type A and eye bag plastic surgery.Compare the effect of eye circumference repair,parameters related to eye corner skin,treatment satisfaction,and adverse reactions between two groups.Result Compared with the control group,the observation group had a higher effect on eye circumference repair,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);Compared with the control group,the observation group had better parameters related to the skin around the corners of the eyes,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);Compared with the control group,the observation group had higher treatment satisfaction,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);Compared with the control group,the observed adverse reactions were lower and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Compared with single surgical therapy,the combination of surgery and botulinum toxin type A has more clinical application value.It can effectively solve the problems of crow's feet and eye bags in patients,improve skin luster,and improve skin parameters,which can be promoted.关键词
