肉毒素眉间纹治疗注射技术三点法与七点法优化对比
Comparison of optimization of three-point and seven-point injection techniques for treatment of glabellar lines with botulinum toxin

Abstract
Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of three-point and seven-point injection of botulinum toxin type A in the treatment of glabella lines,and to provide clinical reference for optimizing glabellar lines injection technology.Methods A total of 54 patients with glabellar lines who visited the hospital between January 2023 and May 2024 were included as research samples.Based on the block randomization principle and the injection technique used,these subjects were divided into two groups:Group A(27 patients:2 males,25 females)received the three-point injection method,and Group B(27 patients:2 males,25 females)received the seven-point injection method.The same brand of botulinum toxin type A was used,and the operating time,intraoperative pain score(VAS score),improvement of glabella lines,incidence of eyebrow droop,duration of efficacy and patient satisfaction were recorded in both groups of patients.The experimental data were analyzed using SPSS 27.0 software.Results The procedure time in Group A was(273±8.5)s was significantly shorter than that in Group B(534±10.7)s(P<0.001).The VAS scores of patients in Group A were lower than those in Group B(P<0.001).In terms of improvement of glabella lines,the improvement effect of Group B at 7,30 and 90 days after treatment was better than that of Group A,especially in moderate to severe patients(P<0.001).Group B showed a higher incidence of eyebrow ptosis.(7.4%vs.0%).At the 180-day follow-up,the seven-point method demonstrated a significantly longer duration of efficacy compared to the three-point method(148±16.5 days vs.112±14.3 days,P<0.001),with higher maintenance rates at 120 days(85.2%vs.62.9%)and 180 days(59.3%vs.29.6%).Conclusions The three-point method is more suitable for patients with mild glabellar lines due to its simplicity of operation,lower pain perception,and fewer side effects.In contrast,the seven-point method demonstrates significant advantages in improving moderate to severe glabellar lines,prolonging the duration of efficacy,and maintaining higher efficacy rates.However,efforts should focus on optimizing the injection experience and reducing the incidence of side effects.In clinical application,the appropriate injection technique should be selected according to the severity of glabella lines and individual needs of the patient.关键词
