基于网络药理学和分子对接探讨补肾活血汤治疗腰椎间盘突出症的作用机制
Investigation on the function mechanism of Bushen Huoxue Decoction in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation based on network pharmacology and molecular docking

Abstract
Objective To investigate the function mechanism of Bushen Huoxue Decoction in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation(LDH)based on network pharmacology and molecular docking technology.Methods The main chemical components and potential targets of the components of Bushen Huoxue Decoction were screened through TCMSP,HERB,and TCM-ID databases;GeneCards,OMIM,and Drugbank databases were used to obtain LDH related genes,intersecting with potential drug targets,constructing protein-protein interaction(PPI)networks and"Chinese materia medica-component-target"networks.Gene ontology(GO)functional enrichment analysis and Kyoto encyclopedia of genes and genomes(KEGG)pathway enrichment analysis on core targets were performed.The molecular docking technology was used for verification.Results 127 main active ingredients were contained in Bushen Huoxue Decoction.In 242 potential targets,2109 LDH targets and 110 intersecting targets,12 core targets were detected.GO and KEGG analysis showed that the treatment of LDH with Bushen Huoxue Decoction was closely related to drug reaction and other processes,involving lipid and atherosclerosis and other signal pathways.The molecular docking results showed that quercetin,luteolin,and tumor protein p53(TP53)had good binding activity.Conclusion The treatment of LDH with Bushen Huoxue Decoction has the characteristics of multi-component,multi-target,and multi-pathway,which provides a reference for subsequent research.关键词
