麝香通心滴丸联合西医常规治疗改善冠心病患者血管内皮功能Meta分析
Meta-analysis of Shexiang Tongxin Dropping Pills Combined with Conventional Western Medicine in Improving Vascular Endothelial Function in Patients with Coronary Heart Disease

Abstract
Objective To systematically evaluate the improvement of vascular endothelial function in patients with coronary heart disease treated by Shexiang Tongxin Dropping Pills combined with conventional Western medicine.Methods Research literature about RCTs of Shexiang Tongxin Dropping Pills combined with conventional Western medicine for the treatment of coronary heart disease was retrieved from PubMed,Embase,Web of Science Core Collection,Cochrane Library,CNKI,VIP,Wanfang Data,and CBM from the establishment of the databases to December 30,2023.The main outcome indicators were serum endothelin,von Willebrand factor,nitric oxide,vascular endothelial growth factor,endothelium-dependent relaxation function,secondary outcome indicators were high-sensitivity C-reactive protein,and uric acid.Meta-analysis was performed using RevMan5.4 software.Results A total of 16 RCTs were included,involving 1537 patients.Meta-analysis results showed that serum endothelin[MD=-14.83,95%CI(-23.12,-6.54),P<0.01],von Willebrand factor[MD=-2.16,95%CI(-5.41,1.09),P<0.01],high-sensitivity C-reactive protein[MD=-2.22,95%CI(-3.31,-1.12),P<0.01],uric acid level[MD=-39.71,95%CI(-45.84,-33.58),P=0.84]decreased,nitric oxide[MD=-16.92,95%CI(-20.90,-12.44),P<0.01],vascular endothelial growth factor[MD=-15.12,95%CI(-20.78,-9.46),P<0.01],and vascular endothelium-dependent relaxation function[MD=-2.04,95%CI(-3.05,-1.04),P=0.89]were all better than the control group.Conclusion Shexiang Tongxin Dropping Pills combined with conventional Western medicine is better than simple Western medicine in the treatment of coronary heart disease,and can significantly improve vascular endothelial function and reduce related inflammatory factors.But more high-quality RCT validation is needed.关键词
