基于CiteSpace的中医药干预孤独症谱系障碍研究文献可视化分析
Visualization Analysis on Research Literature about TCM Intervention in Autism Spectrum Disorder Based on CiteSpace
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the research status,hotspots,and trend of TCM intervention in autism spectrum disorder(ASD).Methods The literature on TCM intervention in ASD was retrieved from CNKI and Web of Science core database from the establishment of the databases to May 2,2024.CiteSpace 6.3.R1 software was used for post volume,institution,keyword co-occurrence analysis,keyword clustering,timeline,and emergence analysis.Results A total of 452 Chinese articles and 49 English articles were included,and the number of published papers showed a fluctuating upward trend.The Chinese journal with the highest number of published papers was China Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Pharmacy,the English journal with the highest number of published papers was JOURNAL OF TRADITIONAL CHINESE MEDICINE.The Chinese journal with the highest number of published papers was Beijing University of Chinese Medicine,and the English journal with the highest number of published papers was Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine;the co-occurrence analysis of keywords in Chinese literature showed that,"acupuncture"was the main focus of TCM intervention in ASD,while"traditional Chinese medicine"was the most frequent keyword;the top three emergent words in Chinese literature were"acupuncture","autism"and"behavioral therapy",while the top three emergent words in English literature were"traditional Chinese medicine","molecular docking"and"autism spectrum disorders".Keyword analysis suggested that the research direction was mainly to treat ASD with green therapy of TCM,and language disorder and psychological behavior are of high concern.Clustering analysis showed that there were 8 clusters of Chinese keywords and 7 clusters of English keywords.Conclusion The number of papers about TCM intervention in ASD is increasing,mainly using acupuncture,massage,Chinese materia medica,auricular points and cognitive behavioral therapy as intervention means.The emergent analysis indicated that acupuncture,massage and TCM were the research hotspots of intervention in recent years,while intestinal microbiome and molecular docking were the trend of research theme in recent years.Acupuncture can effectively improve the language ability,massage can promote the gastrointestinal function,and Chinese materia medica can improve the rigid movement behavior.The application of modern molecular docking technology provides a new direction for the study of Chinese materia medica in the treatment of ASD.关键词
