经典名方当归四逆汤古今文献分析
Analysis on Ancient and Modern Literature about the Classic Prescription of Danggui Sini Decoction
摘要
Abstract
Objective To systematically review and analyze the items about Danggui Sini Decoction in ancient and modern literature;To provide a basis for the modern use of ancient classic formulas.Methods"Danggui Sini Decoction"was set as the keyword to retrieve Traditional Chinese Medicine Ancient Books Database and CNKI."Danggui Sini"was used as the subject term to retrieve PubMed.Information such as dynasty,book title,herbal composition,therapeutic functions,and decocting method was extracted to explore the historical evolution and clinical applications of Danggui Sini Decoction in both ancient and modern contexts.Result A total of 117 ancient books were ultimately included,including 109 Chinese ancient books,5 Japanese ancient books,2 Korean ancient book and 1 from unknown area.Danggui Sini Decoction was first recorded in the Shang Han Lun and consists of Angelicae Sinensis Radix,Cinnamomi Ramulus,peony,Asari Radix et Rhizoma,Tetrapanacis Medulia,Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma and Jujubae Fructus.With historical changes,its drug composition,dosage,and decocting method have all changed;57 modern articles were included to analyze the clinical application of Danggui Sini Decoction,mainly used for diabetes peripheral neuropathy,dysmenorrhea,Raynaud's disease,etc.Conclusion According to the statistical analysis of ancient and modern literature,it is found that the composition,dosage,processing,decocting,and using methods of Danggui Sini Decoction are roughly consistent with those in the Shang Han Lun;in clinical practice,modern applications are not confined to the scope of ancient books.Beyond treating gynecological disorders due to cold coagulation and blood stasis,it is also applied to modern prevalent diseases such as diabetes and Raynaud's disease,significantly advancing the inheritance and innovation of classical formulae.关键词
