2004-2024年中医药治疗泛结节研究文献可视化分析
Visualization Analysis on Research Literature about TCM Treatment for Pannodules from 2004 to 2024
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the research hotspots and frontier trends of TCM in the treatment of pannodules at home and abroad.Methods Research literature related to TCM treatment for pannodule was retrieved from CNKI,VIP,Wanfang Data,SinoMed,Web of Science(WOS)and PubMed from January 1,2004 to September 15,2024.NoteExpress 3.7 software was used to de-duplicate and manage the literature,and CiteSpace6.1.R2 software was used to visually analyze the number of publications,authors,institutional cooperation network,keyword co-occurrence,clustering,time line,and emergence.Results A total of 464 Chinese articles and 226 English articles were included,and the number of published papers showed a fluctuating upward trend.The prolific author of Chinese literature was You Fengming,and the prolific author of English literature was Liu Chao;Beijing University of Chinese Medicine and Hunan Engineering Research Center for Pulmonary Nodules Precise Diagnosis&Central Laboratory were the core institutions in Chinese and English respectively.The co-occurrence analysis of keywords in Chinese literature showed that the research hotspots on TCM treatment of pannodules mainly focused on pulmonary nodules,gall disease,syndrome differentiation and treatment,TCM constitution,experience of famous doctors,lung volume,and the co-occurrence analysis of keywords in English literature showed that high-frequency keywords were lung cancer,thyroid nodules,lung adenocarinoma,computed tomography,artificial inteligence and pulmonary nodules.The clustering of keywords in Chinese literature mainly included the names,treatment methods,and mechanisms of pannodules;the clustering of keywords in English literature mainly included the names of pannodules,clinical reports,and diagnosis and treatment methods;the top three prominent words in Chinese literature"were galls","Chinese materia medica"and"lung cancer",while the top three prominent words in English literature were"computed tomography","waist circumference"and"pulmonary nodules".Conclusion The number of articles on TCM treatment of pannodules is increasing,and the research team has begun to take shape.The current research hotspots are medication law and microwave ablation,which may be the future development direction of this field.关键词
