2005-2024年中医药治疗创伤后关节僵硬研究文献可视化分析
Visualization Analysis on TCM Treatment for Post-traumatic Joint Stiffness from 2005 to 2024
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the current research status and development direction of TCM treatment for post-traumatic joint stiffness from 2005 to 2024.Methods Research literature related to TCM treatment for post-traumatic joint stiffness was retrieved from Wanfang Data,CNKI,VIP and CBM from January 1,2005 to April 10,2024.The annual number of publications and journals were counted using Excel 2021 software,and authors,institutions,and keywords were visually analyzed using CiteSpace 6.2.R6 software.Results A total of 461 articles were included,and the annual publication volume showed a fluctuating trend.Traditional Chinese Medicine Orthopedics was the journal with the highest number of publications;Sichuan Orthopedic Hospital was the institution with the highest number of publications;Liu Bo was the author with the highest number of publications in this field;keyword co-occurrence and clustering networks showed the association between TCM therapies treatments such as fumigation and washing can effectively treat joint stiffness;the emergent terms mainly included clinical efficacy,clinical research,TCM therapies,and manipulative massage.Conclusion The authors and institutions of studies on TCM treatment for post-traumatic joint stiffness are weakly linked,and the field is currently focused on clinical studies.The combination of TCM therapy and other intervention measures may be the future direction of development in terms of alleviating patient symptoms,improving quality of life and mechanisms.关键词
