结直肠癌预后相关的生物标志物研究进展
Research progress on prognosis biomarkers related to colorectal cancer
摘要
Abstract
Colorectal cancer(CRC)is one of the most common malignant tumors in the world.In recent years,the incidence rate and mortality rate have increased significantly,which has brought great challenges to human health and economy.At present,the prognosis of CRC patients is mainly evaluated based on the TNM staging of American Joint Committee on Cancer(AJCC)in clinical practice.However,in clinical treatment and follow-up,it has been found that even patients in the same stage who receive the same treatment plan still have significant heterogeneity in prognosis.In recent years,various biomarkers such as inflammatory proteins,inflammatory cells,nutrition related markers,and gut microbiota have been found to be associated with the prognosis of CRC.This article discusses the research progress of biomarkers related to CRC prognosis,in order to provide ideas for clinical treatment.关键词
