摘要
Abstract
Hypertension and sleep disorders often coexist in clinical practice,and they interact with each other,seriously impacting the health and quality of life of patients.There is a complex interrelationships between hypertension and sleep disorders worldwide,and their comorbidity mechanisms involve multiple aspects.Abnormal activity of the sympathetic nervous system and hormonal imbalances in the body can cause dysregulation of blood pressure and sleep,and social environmental factors that have received increasing attention in recent years are also involved.Based on the above mechanisms,comprehensive treatment strategies for hypertension and sleep disorders are explored and summarized.Therefore,this article explores feasible and efficient comorbidity treatment models based on the potential comorbidity mechanisms of hypertension and sleep disorders.关键词
