基于CiteSpace对中医外治法防治化疗所致恶心呕吐的可视化分析
Visualization analysis of traditional Chinese medicine external therapies for preventing and treating chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting based on CiteSpace

Abstract
Objective To analyze the Chinese literature on the traditional Chinese medicine external therapies for preventing and treating chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting(CINV)through knowledge graph technology,explore theresearch hotspots in this field,so as to provide reference for future research directions.Methods CiteSpace 6.1.R2 was used to conduct quantitative analysis of literature in this field in CNKI,Wanfang,and VIP databases.Results A total of 1276 Chinese literature were included.The overall publication volume of literature related to the traditional Chinese medicine external therapies for preventing and treating CINV rose from 1990 to 2024,with the fastest growth observed from 2012 to 2023.The high-frequency key words for traditional Chinese medicine external therapies in CINV prevention and treatment were acupoint application,acupoint injection,moxibustion,acupoint massage,ear acupressure,acupuncture,ginger interposed moxibustion,etc.10 clusters were formed in total.14 key words popped up.Conclusion Acupoint application and quality of life are currently the main research hotspots in the prevention and treatment of CINV with traditional Chinese medicine external therapies.In the future,the specific mechanism of acupoint application and the comparison of the efficacy of different traditional Chinese medicine external therapies for the same acupoint can be deeply explored,providing more basis for the better application of traditional Chinese medicine external therapies in clinical practice.关键词
