摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the influence of vaccum sealing drainage on patients with non-healing incision after surgery. Methods A total of 37 patients who underwent surgical treatment at the Second People's Hospital of Zhengzhou from January 2024 to April 2025 and experienced non-union of the incision after the operation were selected as the research subjects. The patients were treated with vaccum sealing drainage. The frequency of dressing change, incision healing time of the patients, the grade A incision healing rate, the changes of the drainage volume and visual analogue scale score, cost related to incision treatment, and the incidence of complications were analyzed. Results The number of dressing changes was(5.56±0.74)times,the incision healing time of 37 patients was(19.18±2.27)d,among which 34 cases(91.89%)achieved grade A healing. The drainage volume at 1 day of treatment was(4.42±1.26)mL,at 3 days of treatment was(1.78±0.25)mL,and at 7 days of treatment was(0.85±0.17)mL,the drainage volume gradually decreased(P<0.001).The Visual Analogue Scale score at 1 day of treatment was(5.34±1.27)points,at 3 days of treatment was(3.75±1.10)points,and at 7 days of treatment was(2.04±1.03)points,the score gradually decreased(P<0.001).The cost related to incision treatment was(856.23±84.75)yuan.Two patients had pulmonary infections, one patient had deep vein thrombosis of the lower extremities, and two patients had malnutrition. The incidence of complications was 13.51%.Conclusions Vaccum sealing drainage can accelerate the drainage of exudate in patients with non-union of incision after surgery, relieve the pain of patients, promote incision healing, and improve the effect of incision healing.关键词
