殷氏五味竹茹汤治疗痰热扰心型原发性失眠的临床观察
Clinical observation of Yin's Wuwei Zhuru Decoction in the treatment of primary insomnia type of phlegm-heat disturbing the heart
摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Yin's Wuwei Zhuru Decoction in the treatment of primary insomnia type of phlegm-heat disturbing the heart.Methods A total of 70 patients with primary insomnia type of phlegm-heat disturbing the heart were selected from outpatient clinics and hospitalized in the Department Ⅰ of Internal Medicine of Shexian Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2023 to March 2024,and were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the method of randomized table,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Eszolam tablets,while the observation group was treated with Yin's Wuwei Zhuru Decoction.Both groups had a treatment course of 4 weeks.The medication was monitored for any adverse reactions(ADRs)during the treatment process in both groups.The changes in Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI),traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,levels of neurotransmitters(5-hydroxytryptamine[5-HT],norepinephrine[NE]),and clinical efficacy were compared between two groups before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the PSQI,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,and NE levels in both groups were lower than those before treatment.The observation group was lower than the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of 5-HT in both groups were higher than those before treatment,and the observation group was higher than the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Both Eszolam tablets and Yin's Wuwei Zhuru Decoction have therapeutic efficacies on primary insomnia type of phlegm-heat disturbing the heart.However,Yin's Wuwei Zhuru Decoction has more significant and safer efficacy in the treatment of patients'sleep quality,improving traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores,and regulating patients'neuroendocrine function,etc.关键词
