从"风"辨治浅析儿童目劄
An analysis on the differentiation and treatment of children's eyelid spasms from the perspective of"wind pathogen"
摘要
Abstract
Children's eyelid spasms refer to their eyes blink frequently,and they can't control themselves.Excluding the local pathological factors of eyes,modern medicine considers that spirit,psychology,diet,family and environment are common inducing factors,which are easily ignored by parents in the early stage,and once the disease occurs,it will bring great negative impact to children's body and mind.The disease is a common clinical disease,which is common in children and adolescents,and tends to be younger and younger,with the characteristics of multiplicity,repetitive and refractory.During the authors'clinical study with Cheng Juan,director of Department of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Shanxi Eye Hospital,they got a deeper understanding and enlightenment on the diagnosis and treatment of this disease.It is believed that eyelid spasms are caused by"wind pathogen",showing many symptoms of"wind pathogen",and the disease is located in the eyelid,mainly involving the liver and spleen.It is necessary to clarify the pathogenesis and symptoms,grasp the timing of medication,and treat according to syndrome differentiation,so as to combine prevention with treatment,block the development of the disease and shorten the treatment time.关键词
