Abstract
Objective To analyze the effects of individualized psychological nursing combined with wound repair nursing on patients with limbs burn and plastic surgery.Methods A total of 80 patients with limbs burn and plastic surgery admitted to our hospital from May 2021 to May 2024 were selected as subjects and divided into two groups with 40 cases each by random number table method.The control group(routine care)and the observation group(individualized psychological care+wound repair care)were analyzed for the Vancouver Scar Rating Scale(VSS)and Self-rating anxiety scale(self-rating Anxiety Scale)of the two groups.(SAS),Self-rating depression Scale(SDS),complications;Results The scores of VSS(blood vessel distribution,color,thickness,softness)in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Compared with before intervention,SDS and SAS in both groups were decreased after intervention,and observation group was lower than control group(P<0.05).The total complication rate of the observation group was 97.50%,which was 80.00%lower than that of the control group(χ2=5.165,P=0.023).Conclusions Individualized psychological nursing combined with wound repair nursing has positive effects on patients with limbs burn and plastic surgery,including promoting scar healing,improving psychological state and reducing the incidence of complications.关键词
