基于Nrf2信号通路探讨中医药防治糖尿病肾病作用机制研究进展
Exploration on the Research Progress of TCM in the Prevention and Treatment of Diabetic Kidney Disease Mechanism Based on the Nrf2 Signaling Pathway

Abstract
Diabetic nephropathy(DKD)is a common complication of diabetes.The occurrence and development of DKD are closely related to oxidative stress,inflammatory response and renal interstitial fibrosis.Corresponding treatment of DKD can delay the progression of DKD and improve the quality of life of DKD patients.Nrf2 signaling pathway regulates the expressions of antioxidant protein and phase II detoxification enzyme mediated by antioxidant reaction elements,and up-regulates the expressions of various endogenous antioxidants during heme degradation to promote the anti-oxidative stress role of the body.In DKD patients,Nrf2 signaling pathway is inhibited and the body's ability to resist oxidative stress is weakened.Therefore,the expressions of Nrf2 and its downstream proteins can be up-regulated to improve the kidney injury caused by oxidative stress response.This article reviews the research progress on TCM in preventing and treating DKD through the Nrf2 signaling pathway to provide basis for the mechanism of TCM in the treatment of DKD.关键词
