改良术中温热灌洗方案对继发性腹腔感染手术患者术后胃肠功能恢复效果观察
Observation on the effect of a modified intraoperative hyperthermic lavage regimen on the postoperative recovery of gastrointestinal function in patients undergoing surgeries for secondary abdominal infection

Abstract
Objective To investigate the application effect of a modified intraoperative hyperthermic lavage regimen in patients undergoing surgeries for secondary abdominal infection.Methods A total of 130 patients with secondary abdominal infection who were admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi University of Science and Technology from July 2022 to February 2024 were selected as study subjects.They were divided into two groups using the randomized numerical table method.The control group(65 patients)underwent conventional abdominal lavage at room temperature,while the observation group(65 patients)received a modified intraoperative hyperthermic lavage regimen.Gastric function indexes,postoperative recovery of gastrointestinal function,serum inflammatory index levels,and the occurrence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results the serum gastrin level was lower,and the motilin level was higher in the observation group than those in the control group after treatment,with statistically significant differences(t=8.863,6.403,P<0.001 for all).The time to bowel sound recovery,and the time to first exhaust and defecation were shorter in the observation group than those in the control group after surgery,with statistically significant differences(t=7.137,8.392,14.738,P<0.001 for all).Levels of C-reactive protein,white blood cell count,procalcitonin,and interleukin-6 were lower in the observation group than those in the control group within 72 hours after surgery,with statistically significant differences(t=22.765,19.208,9.980,21.692,P<0.001 for all).The total incidence of complications was lower in the observation group(3.5%)than in the control group(12.31%),with a statistically significant difference(χ2=3.900,P=0.048).Conclusion The modified intraoperative hyperthermic lavage regimen can promote the postoperative recovery of gastrointestinal function,improve gastrointestinal hormone indexes,reduce inflammatory responses,and decrease the occurrence of complications in patients undergoing surgeries for secondary abdominal infection,thereby enhancing their disease prognosis.关键词
