Abstract
Taking into account the cost of recycling and the feasibility of the process,the experiment adopts a roasting acid leaching process to treat palladium/resin catalysts,aiming to efficiently recover palladium elements from materials.Under the optimal process conditions,the roasting temperature is 600℃,roasting time is 5 h,leaching acidity is 4 mol/L,temperature is 80℃,oxidant dosage is 3%of the raw material,leaching time is 2.5 h,liquid-solid ratio is 5,and the palladium leaching rate can reach 97.4%.The experimental results indicate that the roasting acid leaching process can be used to treat the material and achieve efficient leaching of palladium in the material,with good application prospects.关键词
