摘要

Abstract

Objective Aiming at the problems of low efficiency and dependence on experience of traditional injury detection and classification methods in complex battlefield and large-scale disaster rescue scenarios,this study aims to develop an intelligent injury detection and classification system for real-time monitoring and dynamic assessment of the vital signs of the injured,to achieve rapid and accurate automatic quantitative classification of injuries,optimizing the priority of first-aid treat-ment,and improving the timeliness and accuracy of the inspection.Methods The system is based on the artificial neural net-work algorithm,combined with real-time physiological signal acquisition technology,intelligent quantitative grading algorithm and integrated integration technology.It is designed to realize intelligent injury classification for rescue scenarios.Results The study utilized a hybrid architecture combining B/S and C/S to build an intelligent injury detection and classification platform covering the whole cycle of"on-scene-transport-in-hospital"treatment.Conclusion The intelligent injury detection and classification system proposed in this study significantly improves the timeliness and accuracy of injury detection and classi-fication at the scene of a disaster through the integration of the ANN algorithm and a full-cycle data chain,providing scientific support for decision-making on the priority of treatment for the injured.
