丙种球蛋白用于心肌炎合并房室传导阻滞辅助治疗中的实施效果研究
Research on the implementation effect of gamma globulin in adjuvant treatment of myocarditis complicated with atrioventricular block
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of using gamma globulin as adjuvant treatment in patients with myocarditis complicated with atrioventricular block.Methods A retrospective research was conducted on 76 patients with myocarditis complicated with atrioventricular block treated in Xuzhou Children's Hospital from January 2022 to March 2024 were selected.They were divided into the control group(n=38)and the observation group(n=38)according to different treatment methods.The control group was treated with conventional treatment,while the observation group was treated with gamma globulin as adjuvant treatment on the basis of conventional treatment,and the clinical efficacy,changes in myocardial injury markers(creatine kinase,lactate dehydrogenase,creatine kinase isoenzyme,troponin I,N-terminal pro brain natriuretic peptide),and recovery indices(time to symptom disappearance,time to electrocardiogram return to normal)were compared between the two groups.Results The total clinical efficacy of the observation group was greater than that of the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).After treatment,the statistical results of various myocardial injury markers in the observation group were all lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The recovery indices of the observation group were all lower than those of the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of gamma globulin as adjuvant treatment for patients with myocarditis complicated with atrioventricular block can improve their clinical efficacy,alleviate abnormal myocardial injury markers and atrioventricular block problems,enhance rehabilitation outcomes,and have outstanding clinical application value.关键词
