基于CiteSpace的精准治疗联合中医药治疗肺癌的可视化分析
Visual analysis of precision therapy combined with traditional Chinese medicine for lung cancer based on CiteSpace
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the current research status and development trend of precision therapy combined with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of lung cancer from 2009 to 2023 through bibliometrics.Methods Retrieve relevant literature published from China National Knowledge Infrastructure,VIP,Wanfang Data,and Web of Science Core Database from 2009 to 2023.After deduplication,use software such as CiteSpace 6.1.R6 to draw a visualized graph of publication volume,authors,institutions,and keywords,and explore research hotspots and trends in this field.Results A total of 639 Chinese literature and 644 English literature were included.In Chinese literature,Sun Jianli's team has the highest publication volume.The team led by Li Yan has the highest number of publications in English literature.Inter institutional cooperation is not strong,and research hotspots focus on drug resistance,signaling pathways,syndrome distribution and medication characteristics,network pharmacology,molecular targeting,tumor microenvironment,etc.Conclusion The study provides new coping strategies for clinical treatment of lung cancer by reducing toxicity and increasing efficacy,reversing drug resistance,and regulating signaling pathways.Network pharmacology and data mining have also become hot frontiers in this field.关键词
