食管癌术后早期肠内营养支持对术后恢复的影响
The impact of early enteral nutrition support on postoperative recovery in patients with esophageal cancer

Abstract
Objective To investigate the impact of early postoperative enteral nutrition support on postoperative recovery in patients with esophageal cancer.Methods A total of 60 patients without diabetes who underwent radical resection of esophageal cancer admitted to Jiangyin People's Hospital from January 2020 to February 2024 were selected as the research objects,and enteral nutrition was given within 24 hours after operation as the enteral nutrition group(n=30).After surgery,parenteral nutrition was given immediately,and at least 5 days later,enteral nutrition was given to the parenteral nutrition group(n=30).The postoperative prealbumin value,hemoglobin value,D-dimer values,defecation time,postoperative thoracic drainage tube extubation time,total hospitalization costs,and incidence of complications between two groups of patients were analyzed and compared.Results The defecation time of the enteral nutrition group was earlier than that of the parenteral nutrition group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The difference in prealbumin levels between the enteral nutrition group and the parenteral nutrition group was also obvious,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).There were no statistically significant differences in D-dimer difference,hemoglobin difference,incidence of complications,extubation time of thoracic drainage tube,and total hospitalization cost between the two groups,without statistically significant differences(P>0.05).Conclusion Early enteral nutrition support can improve the nutritional status of patients undergoing radical esophageal cancer surgery,help shorten the time for defecation and defecation,reduce the occurrence of abdominal distension,and enable faster and more comfortable recovery for patients.关键词
