巨噬细胞极化在RA炎症性骨关节破坏中的作用及机制的文献计量学研究
A bibliometrics study on the role and mechanism of macrophage polarization in RA inflammatory bone and joint destruction
摘要
Abstract
Objective To visualize and analyze studies related to the role and mechanism of macrophage polarization in inflammatory bone and joint destruction in rheumatoid arthritis(RA)based on bibliometrics,and to understand its current research status and trends.Methods The Web of Science Core Collection was used to search for literature related to the role and mechanism of macrophage polarization in RA inflammatory bone and joint destruction.Subsequently,bibliometrics and visualization analysis were conducted using tools such as VOSviewer and Microsoft Excel 2019.Results A total of 315 articles were retrieved,and after exclusion and screening,the final number of articles included in the study was 199.From 2008 to 2023,the number of articles studying macrophage polarization and RA steadily increased.In these articles,the 3 countries with the highest contributions were China,the United States,and Japan,accounting for 75.39%of all articles.In them,China led in the number of articles,involving 118 articles,accounting for 59.30%of all articles.Conclusion This study systematically analyzes research progress on the correlation between macrophage polarization and inflammatory bone and joint destruction in RA,providing a direction for future research on RA.关键词
