Abstract
Poly Aluminum Chloride(PAC)precoagulation-ozone oxidation method is adopted to treat spray painting wastewater,and the process parameters such as PAC dosage,pH value,ozone acceleration rate,oxidation time and MnO2 dosage are optimized.Under optimal conditions,PAC precoagulation achieved a removal rate of 45.34%for Chemical Oxygen Demand(COD),59.67%for ozone oxidation stage,and a total COD removal rate of 77.98%for the combined process,and the effluent COD concentration was reduced to 395.4 mg/L,meeting the requirements of biochemical treatment.Research has shown that PAC precoagulation can effectively reduce suspended solids concentration and improve ozone oxidation efficiency,with a significant synergistic effect between the two.关键词
