珍稀濒危植物贵州地宝兰地理分布格局及其适生区预测
Geographical distribution pattern and prediction of suitable areas of rare and endangered plant Geodorum eulophioides

Abstract
[Objective]Geodorum eulophioides is an endemic species in China.Analyzing the geographical distribution characteristics of Geodorum eulophioides and its relationship with environmental factors,and predicting its suitable habitat,clarifying the scope of the suitable habitat,is of great significance for the protection and development of this species.[Method]Through field investigation、literature review and specimen review,we obtained the distribution points of Geodorum eulophioides in Guizhou,using principal component analysis method to analyze the impact of soil,climate factors and terrain factors on its distribution.Then,based on MaxEnt model and ArcGIS technology,16 predictive factors were selected and their potential suitable areas were predicted from the perspective of ecological niche model.[Result]The results showed that:1)Geodorum eulophioides is mainly distributed in the Beipan river basin of Guizhou,the northwest of Guangxi,and the Yuanjiang river basin of Yunnan.Among them,the junction of Nanpan river,Beipan river,and Hongshui river,the middle section of Beipan river,and the Yuanjiang river valley are high-density areas where Geodorum eulophioides is distributed;2)the cumulative amount of the first four principal components is 85.49%,and the distribution of Geodorum eulophioides is closely related to soil fertility;3)The average AUC predicted for the suitable habitat of this species is 0.984,which is a very good prediction result and has high reference value;4)The suitable areas for Geodorum eulophioides are mainly on both sides of the river valleys in the Beipan river,Hongshui river,Nanpan river,and Yuanjiang river basins,as well as in the northwest of Guangxi.In addition,the vast majority of other areas are unsuitable areas;5)The dominant factor affecting the suitable growth area of Geodorum eulophioides is the precipitation of the driest quarter(bio 17),with the largest contribution rate of 25.9%;Next are the isothermality(bio3)and annual average precipitation(bio12),with contribution rates of 21.3%and 10.1%.[Conclusion]Geodorum eulophioides has a narrow distribution and prefers low heat river valleys.The soil fertility is closely related to its distribution,and its suitable growing areas are mainly geothermal river valleys such as the Beipan river,Hongshui river,Nanpan river,and Yuanjiang river basins.This study has important reference basis for the protection,introduction,development,and utilization of wild resources of Geodorum eulophioides.关键词
