独活寄生汤对痛风性关节炎患者炎症标志物的影响研究

Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of Duhuo Jisheng Decoction on inflammatory markers in patients with gouty arthritis.Methods A total of 96 patients with gouty arthritis admitted to the Second Hospital of Hunan University of Chinese Medicine from September 2022 to September 2024 were enrolled as study subjects.They were divided into two groups using a random number table method,with 48 cases in each group.The control group received conventional pharmacotherapy,while the observation group was administered Duhuo Jisheng Decoction in addition to the conventional treatment.The TCM syndrome scores,joint function scores,and inflammatory marker levels were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results Results Before treatment,no statistically significant differences were observed in TCM syndrome scores,joint function scores,or inflammatory markers between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the observation group exhibited significantly lower TCM syndrome scores than the control group(P<0.05).Similarly,the joint function scores and inflammatory marker levels in the observation group were markedly reduced compared to the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine therapy,incorporating Duhuo Jisheng Decoction,effectively improves inflammatory markers,enhances clinical efficacy,and restores joint function in patients with gouty arthritis.This approach demonstrates promising therapeutic outcomes and warrants broader clinical application.关键词
