祁连山中段不同密度青海云杉林枯落物及土壤水源涵养功能研究
Study on litter and soil water conservation function of Picea crassifolia forest with different stand densities in the middle part of Qilian mountains

Abstract
[Objective]In order to study the response mechanism of litter and soil hydro-ecological function to stand densities in Picea crassifolia forest in Qilian mountains,and to provide scientific theoretical basis for the evaluation of regional forest eco-hydrological benefits and vegetation restoration.[Method]By combining the method of field investigation,sample collection and indoor analysis,the Picea crassifolia forests with different densities(350,850,1 000,1 400,1 600,1 950,2 100,2 300 and 3 000 plants/hm2)were selected in Dayekou basin on the northern slopes of Qilian mountains,which shared the same geographical proximity,consistent forest age and environmental conditions.The permanent plots and small quadrats(20 cm×20 cm)were established,and litters were completely collected in layers.Soil samples were collected from 0-10,10-20,20-40 and 40-60 cm soil layers to determine the litter and soil water holding capacity,in order to explore the differences of water conservation functions of litter and soil in different stand densities.[Result]1)stand density had a significant effect on litter,soil characteristics and water conservation function of Picea crassifolia forest.With the increase of stand density,litter accumulation,litter water holding capacity and total forest water capacity of forest land increased first and then decreased,while soil water holding capacity decreased first,then increased and then decreased;2)the thickness of litter was 3.10-7.85 cm,litter accumulation was 116.98-190.88 t/hm2,and the maximum water holding capacity was 169.27-293.96 t/hm2.When the density was 850 plants/hm2,the maximum water holding capacity and effective interception capacity of litter reached the peak,which were 293.96 t/hm2 and 141.01 t/hm2,respectively;3)when the stand density was 1 950 plants/hm2 and 1 400 plants/hm2,the soil bulk density was smaller,the porosity was the largest,the maximum soil water holding capacity was significantly higher than that of other density stands,and the water conservation effect was the best.[Conclusion]Stand density was closely related to the water conservation function of forest land.The medium density(1 950 plants/hm2 and 1 400 plants/hm2)forest has the best water conservation function,which can adapt to the site and climate conditions in Qilian mountain area,better guide the production and management of forests and ecological protection.关键词
