层间约束对板-垫复合装配式轨道减振性能影响研究
Effect of interlayer constraint on vibration reduction performance of assembly track with slab-mat composite

Abstract
To analyze the influence of interlayer constraints on vibration reduction performance of assembly track with slab-mat composite,an assembly track with trapezoidal section was taken as an example.Firstly,a wheel-drop test was conducted to obtain the natural frequency without loading of track structure in different constraint states,and the equivalent stiffness under slab was calculated,the contribution of constraints to slab stiffness was clarified.Then,the stiffness of rubber mat with loading was analyzed,a vehicle-track-tunnel coupled dynamic model was established based on the stiffness contributions,the influence of constraints on vibration reduction performance was analyzed at different vehicle speeds and under fastener stiffness conditions.The results show that the natural frequency of track structure without loading gradually increases with the increase of constraint state,and the vibration reduction performance decreases.In constraint states of A,B,and C,the equivalent stiffness provided by interlayer constraints is 0.003 4,0.004 9,and 0.008 1 N/m3,respectively,accounting for 21.5%,32.7%,and 58.7%of the dynamic stiffness of the rubber mat with loading.Compared to not considering constraints,the vibration reduction performance of constrained states A,B,and C decreases by an average of 1.8,2.2,and 3.2 dB under different vehicle speed conditions,and by an average of 1.0,1.3,and 2.2 dB under different fastener stiffness conditions.Neglecting interlayer constraints can overestimate the vibration reduction performance of the assembly track with slab-mat composite during the service phase,and should be considered in the evaluation of vibration reduction performance during the design phase.关键词
